I agree with this gentlemen 100%. He is doing what every one of us gun owners should be and should do if they try to enforce an assault weapons ban. If you haven't done so yet please write you senators write your congressmen write anyone who would have any say in these new unconstitutional laws.

That is very good. The Constitution never grants that power (gun control) to the government (federal or state or local). The Bill of Rights specifically enumerates the fact that it is an individual decision / right and is hands-off to the government control (...shall not be infringed).

The Constitution only grants powers listed therein by the people to the government (by the forefather's definition in the Constitution and other writings such as the Federalist / Non-federalist papers). It is not a default granting of all powers with a listing of exceptions to the federal government reserved for the states or the people.

We are not a democracy. The proverbial mob does not get to automatically control or deny the rights of minorities and individuals.

Well said...but try to tell the dummies of today that the US of A is not a 'democracy.' Also, the blatant violation of our 2A (and 4th, 5th, 1st) is so real that strength of such violation is not the government but the fools that walk among us and call themselves "citizens".

That’s it. I’ve seen interviews where people say the wildest things. Even cray cray for the Left and the reporter will soldier on and do thrir job. Even stating that it’s possible and may have merit. Some gun nut or Right winger and it’s okay to openly mock them
