Gun Rights Organizations to Join/Donate
The following organizations need our support as they face increasing opposition in Congress and public opinion. If you are not a member of any of the following organizations, then I respectfully ask that you join, one or all, immediately. If you are a member, I am asking if you would please join an additional one, or send a donation to your current organization, even just $5 shows support. The organizations are:
Gun Owners of America - http://gunowners.co/new-annual-membership
National Rifle Association - https://membership.nrahq.org/forms/s...aignID=nranews
Second Amendment Foundation - https://secure.bcentralhost.com/saf....ribute_saf.asp
I understand that some of these organizations may have done things in the past, or taken stances on certain issues, that may have caused you to cancel your membership or simply not join at all. There are no perfect organizations, and sometimes, in the words of hickok45 on youtube, you have to "hold your nose and send the check."

Re: Gun Rights Organizations to Join/Donate
I've always maintained my membership in GOA. I was an NRA member for years and then vowed I was done with the organization...and then a week after the atrocity in Newtown, I saw Wayne LaPierre's response on behalf of the NRA. He was spot on. I rejoined the NRA that day. I'm willing to put aside my past differences with the NRA if they "man up" now, and it looks like they will. No one is perfect, no organization is perfect, but there is strength in numbers. I really believe these organizations are our best hope in addition to making all the noise we can directed towards D.C. and Harrisburg. Calling and writing my reps everyday as I wait for my new membership packet.

The NRA has a website set up to help you contact your reps.
They have a pre-written letter for you to use or you can write your own.
http://www.nraila.org/get-involved-l...your-reps.aspx
I used this to contact every single Rep in PA.
