launched a political action committee aimed at curbing gun violence on
Tuesday, the second anniversary of the Tucson shooting that killed six
people and left her critically injured.

They were talking about this on NPR this morning. There objective is to counter the NRA. This is another reason to try and convince everyone and their mother to join...and if they are members already get them to donate.

The problem with liberals is they never see the forest through the trees. Not because they can't, but because they are in deed fact challenged and simply refuse too look.

She/they had an editorial in USA Today this morning that was very long on emotion and and short on everthing else. "We keep our two guns secured in our safe all the time". Good for you...Do what YOU want with your firearms, I'll do what I want with mine. Stay out of MY business.

I STILL WONDER if Judge John Roll was the intended target but Ms. Giffords had to "go along"? Much like the Anton Cermak murder carried out by Giussepe Zangara. Zangara allegedly was a patsy sent to Florida to assassinate Chicago Mayor Anton Cermak at the orders of Chicago Mob Bosses because he refused to "go along" with them.

By using Zangara, a degenerate gambler who was offered the alternative of death by torture or a nice quick electrocution, shot Mayor Cermak while he sat next to President Elect Franklyn Roosevelt.

Zangara was swiftly executed in Florida by electrocution.

Maybe Representative Giffords and Mr. Brady can go to appearances together, earning a tidy living for life being a professional victim? Given that they're doing this to disenfranchise me and others I feel completely at ease mocking them.

I was hit head on by a drunk driver and spent 4 days (over my 21st birthday) in the hospital. I should go on a campaign for alcohol control. After all, alcohol is the problem.

"The NRA says that regardless of any laws the criminals will be able to get guns illegally. How do you feel about that?"
"The gun lobby is wrong."

As stated, long on emotion and short on facts. Unfortunately their openness about owning a firearm gives the anti's the 'ammo' to say "See, they agree with us and they own guns!"
