Actually, they do. Most states have preemption laws in place which don't allow municipal regulation of firearms. Connecticut is not one of them. Originally Posted by chrisjp

Isnt a city supposed to be at least a class 1 city to enact laws same as state and federal level? NYC, CHicago and Philthy are class 1 cities.
