Default THE DICK ACT OF 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws

I just found out about this act that prevents the disarmament of American Citizens.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities..

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal
right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy..

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

We should send this to the NRA and GOA. Technically this would get rid of the NFA stuff too.

I like it and agree but good luck getting any court or other government entity to give any more than lip service; or even an acknowledgment it exists.

I was going to say. Especially since we already have tons of gun regulation on the books plus there was the 94 AWB that got through.

It's already established that the gun hating politicians like the one in the White House don't know Dick (Act).

This is great, however it doesn't go without saying that our 2a should be good enough and that should be final. It shouldn't take any other acts and what not to prevent scum from prying our guns from our hands. Either way this is more ammo for us to fight with!

( oh and then I read what that one guy said, I still stand by what I said regardless

Another problem is dickheads like Scalia who think the 2A shouldn't stop the government from barring certain weapons. The SCOTUS could have a say in this as well.
