try salooms in mt. pleasant, I think they keep it locked up tho so you'll have to ask for it.

Call Dry Tavern True Value. The last time I was in there about 5 years ago they had real black powder. ...but that was 5 years ago.

Ace Sporting Goods in Washington usually has it. I was there a couple of weeks ago and they had it.

I have been getting mine from Gander Mountain. You have to ask for it they don't have it out on the shelves.
