Default Walther P22 springs? or other advice?

I have a walther p22 that is putting very light strikes on the casing.

When looking at it the hammer doesnt come down like it used to...it's very floppy. You guys think new hammer spring? or could something else be the case?

    Thanks!

send it back to get fixed at S&W, if its more than a year old, you will be charged for the repair.
Yes, it sounds like the mainspring is broken and or failed in some way, possibly a bent hammer strut, etc.

I ditched my P22, it was without a doubt the crappiest gun i ever owned.

Take it apart and stretch the spring a bit. It's not a permanent fix, but will tell you if you need a new spring.
