    Default 302'd

If you have a 302 on your record as a result of a drug arrest and you took advantage of the ARD program can you still buy a gun and get a concealed carry permit.

No. A 302 is prohibiting for both the purchase of a firearm (possession of a firearm or ammo for that matter) and for a LTCF (License to Carry Firearms). You'll need to lawyer up and jump through a bunch of hoops to get a restoration of rights. If you go the legal route, make sure your lawyer knows his shit when it comes to firearms law. PM Gunlawyer001 if you want to get pointed in the right direction. It looks like you'd be out of range for him, but he may know somebody in your area.

The drug arrest could permanently screw you for a LTCF as well.
