Two thumbs up for CDNN Sports customer service.

I ordered 4 of the mag couplers mentioned above and one of them was missing one of the tensioning screws.

I just called and said that I received an order yesterday and one of the items had a missing part.
He asked for the Ticket number and while he pecked it into the computer, I told him that one of the screws was missing from one coupler.
The next words he spoke were "Alllright, we'll send another one right out for you."

That's it.

I know! It's really the only reason I consider getting one.
Those $4 mag couplers are much more economic, but this just screams "SIXTY ROUNDS, BITCHEZ!!!"
