I bought the 16" one. It wasn't clear on their site, but as EM says I think I still will need to get a BCG and a charging handle.

Perfectly clear when you look at "Includes" and it doesn't say "BCG" or "Charging handle".

Nothing that cheap is going to include those items. Better that way anyway - get a better BCG of your choosing with the money saved.

Their previous one you posted that I missed out on with an 18" barrel said it didn't include them. That was why I was saying it wasn't clear. But yeah for that price, I was pretty sure that was all I was getting. I'm planning on getting a PSA BCG to finish it off.
