    Default Welp, it finally happened.

I had to pull my firearm on a road rager. Just got back from the police station. I didn't get charged but he is going to get some tickets.
I'll fill in the blanks when I get back from the beer store..

I'm really about that - I shouldn't have made those comments about your mom.

I love a good road rager story, and knowing you (through your posts) you probably handled it correctly. That said, I wish you'd hold off on posting the details until the event is well in the rear view window. Probably best off to wait at least until the traffic tickets issued to the rager have been settled. If you haven't done so already, get a pad and pen and write down everything you can remember about what happened.
Memories fade and it may come in handy if you need to appear as a witness at trial.

I had a guy that was rushing up the side and tried to cut in front of me instead of sitting in traffic. I wasn't letting him so he got super pissed and pulled his car off to the side, and got out. I was sitting in traffic so I had no where to go. I had my gun in hand but below the window line. He was about 30' away and screaming walking towards me. Just then traffic started moving and I drove off, gave him the finger, and kept an eye on my rear view.

I didn't know if he had a gun but I wasn't showing my hand until I had to. Fortunately, I didn't have to.

I love a good story as much as the next guy but you probably shouldn't post any details about this online.

The other guy may decide to sue you for emotional trauma and the last thing you want is him showing up in court saying "he was so proud of causing my PTSD he posted it online!"

And just because you didn't get a ticket at the scene doesn't mean some asshoke DA isn't reviewing the police report trying to decide if he is going to harass you over drawing the gun

Best to keep it to yourself

And I agree with other posters - as curious as I am, my advice to you would be to keep your mouth shut about it.
