    Yeah, OK.

I guess by listing a "case" as it's own product they can get away with not showing the bad reviews.
For those who these work for - great deal.
    Otherwise, not so great.

They are nice, but I'm happy I only bought 5 or 6 of them.

Damn. I wonder how many they are sitting on still.

So what was wrong with em? I've seen well used and abused AK mags work.

They don't lock into place properly.
I was able to get one to work (rock into place), but it required several awkward tries.
It's well documented that many people have found that they don't fit right.
Everyone says that "all I had to do was file them down a little and they're perfect", but I don't know what they file down.

I don't think they are cheap because they are blemished - I think they are cheap because they are flawed.
I have yet to hear anyone say that they received anything other than spotless, clean, perfect looking mags.
I don't know if the factory fucked up a massive batch of them by having the wrong size/shape locking lug, or what, but many people have the same problem with them - others report that they rock in just fine.

My past experience (a year ago) of their upper parts kits is something to be desired. Their roll pins for the F/A are stupid over sized. Caused my punch to slip and ding up an upper. Took some extra muscle to get that bigger in, even with lube. The handguard spring was in the weak side. As for the port doors, a few were bent, but that wasn't a hard fix.

    Good to know.
I'm on a slick side upper kick so I have no real use for half of that kit.
Doubt I'll ever buy another upper with a forward assist unless it's a super good deal and already assembled.

    Speaking of...

TomsTactical still has the Aero Precision uppers in stock

WITH DUST COVER INSTALLED and NO provision for a forward assist.
This is a good price. I've looked. This configuration doesn't pop u at this price that often.
