Lower Parts Kits are drying up.

Hopefully it's a temporary thing, but I got an email from a vendor with the following message:

Well panic buying has set in and of course everyone in the industry is fanning the flames. This means parts are becoming harder to find and prices are going up. It isn't surprising and it will pass but if you are wanting to finish a build, get the parts you need now. If you can wait, then I'll be the first to tell you to go ahead and wait until this rush passes by.

So first I'm going to list out a few staple products that are becoming difficult to find.

Second, I'll list some sweet deals we have going on right now that haven't been effected by the panic.
