Do you have an opinion with this compared to the Bushnell Tr-25?

Functionally, they are the same level of technology - turn the dial to turn it on or off. That's it.

There were several torture tests posted on Youtube years back and the Primary Arms micro red dot did pretty well for a Chinese red dot.

The dot isn't a tiny 2 MOA like most now boast, but if using at defensive distances, a larger dot is just fine - if not desirable.


The Romeo is literally the modern equivalent of the Primary Arms/Bushmaster red dot in that it has come down in price and provides an affordable option for most people.
The Romeo is a better choice - unless the features it has are not worth the extra $50 to you.

I had planned on getting a Romeo 5, but I spent my money on other things, so I either buy a $50 red dot or I wait.

I say wait for the price difference quality and warranty it's tough to beat the romeo....not impossible but tough. Swampfox has a new one called the liberator after code it's a little more than the romeo (Coupon code is wls15 for 25% off seems to be the constant for those who know lol) your still about $113.00 for that although they have one with a green target circle vs the dot and another with a red target vs a dot so you have those options. I have a Romeo 5 and A Romeo 4 love them and worth every penny.
