Regarding Combat Armory - I'm reading in the reviews that people are mentioning that the barrels are dimpled for the gas block. I don't have a single barrel in all of my builds that came with a dimpled barrel - not PSA, not Faxon, none of them.
That's a nice little bonus.

Just got my 7.5" in. And yes the barrel is dimpled for gas block set screw. Quality doesn't look bad at all. Just needs assembled. Mondays project to put the 300 barrel on. I just might buy another.

So $99 upper, 9.99 charging handle (from CTA's Xmas sale) and $63 for the BCG from Brownells.

I checked mine I ordered a few weeks ago and it's dimpled as well. Pretty good looking stuff for the money IMHO. I just need to find an hour or two one of these days to put it together.

I have 300 barrels in stock that are 10.5. No 5.56 that short though.
