I made some of the best beef and pork last summer that I have ever eaten. It completely ruined eating any kind of steak out even in a good steak house.

Damn brother you know all the places to use to shop. I am going to have to make a folder with all the affiliate sites then make notes of who to use and where.

Just remember that they add $10 in shipping to each lower, and do not combine shipping. So your real cost is $40 plus tax. And that's before NICS and transfer fees.

Yeah that seems to be the going rate right now, might want to check Kentucky Gun co and Grab-a-gun.com on the off chance they have a deal going.

That looks great. How is it for standard grilling. Just for the smoker it seems worth it. May have to get one.

Your not going to get that finish on a burger, hot dog or steak like you would on a standard BBQ. I purchased the side sear burner which attaches to the side and runs on propane. It gets up to 1k degrees if desired so I will smoke rib eye steaks in the smoker part then sear them for 20-30 sec on each side to put that finish on them. Burgers come out great too about 30-40 minutes on the smoker at 350 then finish them off on the sear box or standard BBQ.

You can use the sear box to make normal BBQ foods it's just small so if it's for a summer BBQ it's going to be time consuming.

    Here's the sear box attachment.
