I dunno, I'd rather use better ammo for .42/round than wolf for .35

Wolf is actually good ammo.. Even there steel cased, which gets a bad rep because of the steel casings, are well made rounds.. I purchased 2000 rounds of this Wolf Gold and I'd run it over XM193 or any of the other basic 55 grain loads any day of the week.. It even has lacquered primers, which you never see in ammo at this price point.. Try it out, I'll bet you'll be pleasantly suprised

No. Wolf ammo is objectively crap compared to M193 or M855. It's not in spec. It's not 5.56. I never mentioned anything about steel casings or etc - Wolf is dirtier than 5.56, while way less hot. Their accuracy is substantially worse, too.

Try it out? You act like I've never shot it.

If the comparison was Wolf Vs some cheap brass .223, sure. But it doesn't compare to quality M855, and .07/round isn't enough of a difference to me.

All the reviews I've read about Wolf gold have been very good. One source, and it's a good one told me it has the same specs as M193 and that they actually prefer it over Fed XM193.

I'm going to get some myself, it's the best deal out there on quality brass cased ammo.
