You mean Combat Armory? No idea.
They claim to make their own. (finish them, I assume)
I'd give it a shot if I were building one. Those combo prices are crazy good.

I'm no arfcom expert, but I would think the only thing that is critical with the upper is if the M4 feed ramps are correct.
