Windham is the company started by the founder of Bushmaster after he sold that business and the new owners moved it to NY (boo!)

The guns have composite/carbon-fiber upper and lower. They generally get good reviews, though opinions may of course differ. Nice and light.

They come flat top (rails but no sights), with 30-round metal mag, a decent hard-case and a nylon strap.

FWIW I bought 2. One for my son so he can 'have his own' and one for me. Mine will serve as my simple/basic AR and free up my Anderson for me to muck around with (maybe convert to a differently-chambered upper or similar).

They say the price is only good until they close at 8pm tonight, but guessing they'll honor the price as long as they have them available (they still had about 2 dozen I saw when I got mine, but there were 3 other guys going through PICS while I got mine, so may not last long)

No PICS or other fees. $426 out the door with sales tax.
