Any pickup. Anytime you buy anything you wait at the counter until your number is called and then get your gun and then background check and all that. Literally 2 hours minimum!

$85 isn't a bad price for a lower and stock combo that requires only a buffer/spring and LPK to complete.

I've never seen their blems but I know the material scuffs easily. I plan on painting mine and a blem would be ideal for such a build.

Never spent more than an hour but I go weekdays after 1 PM. A friend is going next week to pick up an LCP II. I'll see how it goes.

If they set-up a pick-up only line(s) based upon volume of pick-up vs over the counter sales, it would reduce the customer waiting time for the pick-up. The next bottleneck is the background check and final sale stations. The fix is simply balancing their "production line" to reduce customer wait time. They won't, they have a captive audience. While you are waiting you can go buy other things. This is LEAN 101 stuff.

I'm telling you, I picked up 2 lower receivers. That took 5 minutes, the background was well over 2. In my case, pick up was negligible but I 100% agree to your idea.

No argument. It's hit or miss. On the way back from a HBG 2A event three years ago, the bus stopped at Cabalas. I hit the gun counter, they had C93s for $600. The process took about 20 minutes. The 6 lowers I picked up in November took >3 hours. If they did what I previously posted it would also increase their throughput.
