Banner for the 23rd rally

Can we get a banner for the rally in Harrisburg on the 23rd? I think it has grown big enough now that it deserves the recognition and the extra publicity.

I added an announcement to the heads of each forum section.

I think one of the admins has to add that green banner.. ..I don't know how to add one of those.
