Range near WB/ Scranton area

There are always the public ranges on the state game lands in Suscon and up by Cortez. But they have their limitations and you need a hunting license or range use permit.

I hear gunshots near my house in Newport Township, I hear there's a place called Plymouth Flats, but I have no clue where it is or if it's legal to shoot there. Seems like there's people there almost every day so if it is illegal the police must not be concerned.

Thanks for the info... Seems like everything is private around here.. And from what I understand about public ranges is only 3 in the clip??? I hear people shooting by me all the time, but that's not the way I want to go about it. Thanks anyway

Heberling's gun shop has an indoor(Unheated) pistol range behind the gun shop- He's located west of Honesdale on Rte 6 in Prompton, Pa. Maybe a 45 minute drive for ya if your in the scranton area- They have a web site so you can get the hours, etc. Pretty good deals on guns, and good people to boot.

Three in the magazine for rifle, 6 for handgun. It's not often I see a rifle at the PAGC ranges that uses a clip but I am sure they are out there.

If I remember correctly they do not allow magnums.
