    Default 9mm pocket pistol

I am standardizing on 9mm so I am selling my lcp and looking for a pocket 9mm. So far the kahr cm/pm 9 seems to be the best option. I want the cm9 because it is about 200 cheaper but I can't find it on stock. I also like the Kimber solo but it is too pricy.

What is the word on kahrs. Any other pocket 9 I should look at.

I carry a keltec pf9 every day in my pocket. If I had my choice of pocket pistol I would pick the kahr or m&p shield.

I just purchased the kahr cw9 last week. $400. The p9 is more expensive and will come with 2 mags, plastic case, and match grade barrel. Very light, thin, and comfortable to carry. I put 80 rds through it the other day without any failures. Looked at the ruger lc9 as well but I am glad I got the kahr.

I have 2 LC9 pistols cause I like them that much. If you liked the LCP this is just a bit bigger, you would be happy with it.

I've had a few Kahrs and loved all of them. I'm actually thinking about a CM9 myself. They are a simple, compact, no-nonsense carry gun. Here's a pair of my Kahrs.

The kahr or maybe a sig 938. Not a pf9. Get something better. Not saying its a bad gun I love it but its not something I would trust my life with. thats all im going to say about that.

The CM9 is a great gun. Long trigger pull, but it's smooth as silk. Very reliable. It seems a bit bulky for pocket carry, though. I bought one for pocket carry, but ended up using my P380 instead.

    As stated, 938 FTW.

Photo of my Seecamp .380 & Rohrbaugh 9mm for size comparison

For a pocket 9 pistol nothing beats a Rohrbaugh for size, quality of construction, and reliability.

I sound like a broken record but: I bought a Kahr CM9 about a month or so ago, it was my xmas present from the wife....

I have about 150 rounds through it without any hiccups.... Kahr recommends a 200 round break in period.

I have also read of issues people were having with sling shotting the slide to load a round but have had zero issues doing this. U just cannot ride the slide like other pistols.

Size is perfect, small enough to be super concealable, large enough to feel like a real gun.

Not much difference between the PM9 and CM9.... engraving, slide release, barrel rifling, xtra mag. I think thats about it... I paid $424 out the door from a local kitchen table FFL dealer. Only thing I would change about it is that I wish it came with a spare mag...
