Default Do ya feel lucky, PUNK? I DO!

Although I recently purchased a S&W model 29-3 in nickel a few weeks back, I still felt I was missing something. It's a nice gun and all, but I have always had a fuzzy feeling for pinned and recessed Smiths. Well, what is one of the all-time most famous P&R Smiths? You got it, Dirty Harry's 29-2 6.5" 44 mag.
Met up with another member from PAFOA today and did a trade of a Glock 17 + cash. Nice guy. It's a sign of how old I am when ppl don't look on these old revolvers the way I do, but I aint complainin'.

Well I dont about old but I can tell you I wouldnt mind adding that Sexy Beast to my gun locker. Grats on a sweet trade. And you are right when you think of the hundreds of police movies out there is ont that stands out. Mr. Clint Eastwood in Dirt Harry with that badass 44 magnum and probably one of the most famous movie lines.

I am in my mid thirties and I regard the Smith and Wesson revolvers as being the zenith of form and function. Great revolver and thanks for sharing...

I know what you're thinking. Did he fire six shots or only five. Well seeing this is a .44 magnum the most powerful hand gun in the world and could blow your head clean off. you have to ask yourself a question, do I feel lucky? Well do ya punk?

looks like Dirty Harry would approve of your purchase. Congratulations!

I recently traded away to 2-4" 44 mountain guns and I'm still seeing them in my dreams. No wonder you need a little more brass. WTG!

Always did love the S&W wheel guns. Don't own at this time. Must rectify that one of these days.

Sweet piece you have there. Congratz.

I am a huge Colt Revolver fan but I will admit I own 2 N Frames both Nickel and both Pinned and Recessed. A model 57 in 41 Mag and a Model 29. Very nice revolvers.

I don't know if its a sign of age or not. I've always preferred revolvers over semi-automatics, myself. They are just beautiful, every one, to my eyes.

Semi-automatics always look boxy to me. Revolvers have sensual curves to them. And Smith & Wessons and Colts have elevated them to artforms....

Me like, but I took you as a young buck.

I definitely like that revolver over the G17, though I don't have the disdain for Glock like I used to have. Heck, I eat avocadoes now and used to not be able to stand the smell of one.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Good choice. When I buy a 44 mag it will be that exact pistol or a 629, they are tops in my opinion.
