What if...
...you have an order for high capacity magazines that are out of stock and the government passes a magazine capacity limit before you recieve them? Does the manufacturer keep them and refund your money, or will the order be processed because it was made before the ban went into effect?

Re: What if...
Depending on legislature it will depend on the manufacture date of the magazines or the date the transfer of the magazines takes place. Don't mean to hijack the thread but I have another point to add to this and maybe somebody can answer it for me. A .458 SOCOM upper for AR15s uses a standard 30 round magazine to hold 10 rounds in a single stack formation. Would it be considered a high capacity magazine if it was marked .458 SOCOM and you possesed a .458 SOCOM upper for your AR15?

Re: What if...
Nobody knows "what if", no legislation has passed yet. The possiblities are endless, even down to the whole matter going into a political meltdown and not being dealt with until after the next mid-term election. Or, if the House of Reps. sell us down the river and if destructive dianne has her way, what you own, whatever it is, could be contraband.
