Interesting video and perhaps a "safer" way to carry a firearm?
I'll continue to carry with one in the chamber but for those of us who think guns magically go off this may be a more tactically sound solution.

Cool idea, looks awfully bulky though.

Everything appears to be sponsored by HK. They are promoting it to the "World Police" I wonder if it comes with a RFID

If your gonna do a drive-buy motorcycle shooting, have a freaking shotgun scabbard mounted on the side of it. SHEESH! Amateurs. (sarcasm)
But yeah, the idea of that holster is competant, but it seems to fail in the practicallity department. It's like something you'd see judge dredd use.
I mean, it would make it harder to be disarmed, so MAYBE a security guard might want it. But, it seems way too bulky and unnatural. What if it fails? Now you can't get your gun out.
Not getting your gun out = lawsuit for the manufacturer.Last edited by OldSchoolPC; January 2nd, 2013 at 04:18 PM.

No matter what holster you have. When the State Police, National Guard, Coast Guard or Marines come for your guns, it won't make a difference. The bad guys will always "take it from you".

From the replies it sounds like some think it is a retention holster. I think it is actualy a holster that helps you chamber a round for those who carry without one in the chamber.
I think it sucks but that is just my opinion. Some people just plain suck.
If you're gonna be dumb ya gotta be tough.

Re: Interesting video and perhaps a "safer" way to carry a firearm?
It's for cops, not us normal-booted folks. Cop holsters are bulky, and they have a much higher risk of being disarmed by the violent and ill-mannered. Maybe not the most high-speed rig, but I think it would be a viable option for folks seeking high retention.
Plus she's kinda cute, rides a bike, and says words I don't understand.
