Watch this clip. It doesn't surprise me at all. It says the AR-15 was left IN THE CAR and he used 4 handguns.

The truth has never stopped a politician before, so I can't see them giving up on EBR's. They look for crimes that fit their collective agenda, then jump on it without checking those pesky facts.

Duplicate or not, thanks for the facts, which are hard to come by with the state run media. Hopefully facts will prevail against emotionally charged lies in the weeks to come.

There was video shown of the police removing the rifle from the trunk since a few days after the shooting.

That's a Saiga S12 in the trunk. The first time the officer pulls the charging handle a shell comes out of the chamber which is clearly too fat to be a rifle cartridge. The weapon also has a right side charging handle, and a Saiga forend.
