I am applying for my concealed carry permit from Florida. Im from PA but I'm in the military and moving around a lot, and florida has reciprocity with about 30 other states so it seems like a good choice. Also, Florida has the law that allows service members to obtain concealed carry permits under 21, and I am 19. My issue is I applied for a concealed carry permit from Maine and was denied under the good moral character clause because of a disorderly conduct I got when I was 15 for a fight with an adult. Does Florida have a good moral character clause? And is it legal for them to deny me based on a juvenile disorderly? Just looking for some help, because I really didn't even think it would be an issue.
