either or...flip a coin. I like the looks of the osprey so that would be my choice. Can't go wrong with either.

Re: Ospray45 or AAC tirant .45acp
I went with the Osprey,,,,, although, as I found out later, the Tirant is user "serviceable". Both have about identical sound reduction.
George,
So many guns, so little money.

Re: Ospray45 or AAC tirant .45acp
Those are the two top rated cans for .45. Either will be good to go.
The top two differences being the tirant is user serviceable so you could shoot .22lr thru it if you wanted to and I beleive most gun sights will clear the osprey because of its shape and it's mounting. I just went with the tirant myself but in 9mm. The biggest reason is that I can take it apart to clean it.

I have the Tirant and I love that thing. Stupid quiet. The design of osprey sucks imo but who really cares if that thing works. I'd go with the Tirant anyday though.

I have an Osprey and I love it, plus it won't roll off the table or bench when unmounted! I also have a bunch of pistons so I can shoot 9mm and 40 through it.
