Default 6mm ppc - Hard to Find?

Is the match cartridge 6mm ppc hard to find? Sources? Cartridges for reload?

If memory serves me right, I think you can make the brass from .220 Russian cases.

Years ago, a guy at my gun club was shooting his benchrest rifle that was chambered for 6mm PPC. That's the only time I've ever seen one.

    Here's some info I found:
    http://www.6mmbr.com/compcartridges.html

It looks like MidwayUSA will have brass soon.

They also have dies to convert .220 Russian to 6mm PPC.

Thanks for the info. Even though it isn't available right off the shevles at your local shooting store, It looks like a great caliber.

Yeah. I think you're stuck making them yourself unless you can find someone to do it for you.

Bruno's ([http://www.brunoshooters.com) has 6mm PPC brass. You might have to neck trim them to fit your rifle's neck size.

Thanks, I want to shoot these in a Thompson Encore, but if they are going to be a hassle, I may just sell the 6mm barrel.

One of the ranges I have been shooting at right down the road from me, Dr. Palmisanos range, was the inventor of the PPC cartridge! He is more than happy to sit down and discuss shooting whenever it comes up. Worst comes to worst, try talking to the master himself.

Let say loaded ammo is virtually impossible to find.
Earlier, i searched the web and found a site http://www.pcammunition.com/ that offered a whole variety of ammo in this caliber, now they only show a page which says "COMING SOON" asks you to type in a question, and i guess, hope they will reply.

Also found a Company, Conley, spoke to the owner but he does not export.

Does anyone know who could do this, ie supply and export?

Holleta mentions Dr. ....range, maybe he could help, but i dont have his contact number, could anyone assist?
