A so called artists by the name Guillermo Habacuc Vargas with the help of 2 children, who he paid, caught a dog on the street. He tied the dog in his exhibition gallery so people could see it starve to death. He told everyone not to feed this dog. He calls himself an artist. After suffering for a few days dog died in the gallery.

    I cannot disagree more.

How can you say something like that?
There are people out there who can't afford ammo, and you would waste a bullet on this person? Shame on you!

Tie that fucker to a pole and let him resort to eating his own flesh if he must, but don't give that bastard any food until HE dies.

    Thats pretty phucked up..

I hate dogs as much as I hate socialistic liberal tyrants - but i sure as hell wouldn't do that to a dog. I would do that to the artsy-fartsy bastard that cruelly treated that animal though..

He needs to be chained to a pole in the dead of summer. food and water just out of his reach.

every five or six days give him food and water. and start the process over.

    This should also be publicized.

I think that just about sums it up. Yes, the "artist" should be held responsible for his actions. He didn't force anybody not to feed the dog, he just simply stated that people shouldn't do it.

Just read "The Stanley Milgram Experiments" to see how the great majority of people (yes, thats YOU, my dear PAFOA reader!) are capable of great evil under the guise and protection of authority.
