I need some advice
So i sold a complete rifle kit to a guy in February. well today i get a email from him claiming the parts kit was missing all 3 detents and the roll pin for the trigger guard.
Everything was in the Parts kit(i know cause i checked it when i got it and before i shipped it) when i shipped it i taped the kit very very well inside a plastic box
I sent him a email back saying everything was in there when i shipped it and now im waiting for a response.
Im sure he will email back how pissed he is and blah blah blah
what would you do?

Re: I need some advice
In all honesty, after a month has now past. That is exactly whay I would do. If you KNOW the parts were there and now after a month he emails then send him a link for the parts.
If on the other hand he is a good customer and you are doing these kinds of sales commercialy then just smile and send him the $4 in parts.

I sold ammo to a guy who emailed me back saying that the box wasnt put together well enough, the bottom came apart and bullets where all up his sidewalk and he only had 10-15 out of 50.. when i asked how the big USPS envelope I used to send them wasnt put together correctly I never heard back from him

If I were positive they were in there I'd tell him to go piss up a rope. If there were any doubt then I'd probably make it good and write off the $4.

Re: I need some advice
If it's really $4 (plus shipping), send him the parts and then put him on your personal blacklist.

Re: I need some advice
So the guy is a tool but RRA does millions and millions $ worth of business, the $4 is more then worth it to them to keep up their reputation.
Add the guy to your black list and remember the RRA is nice to their customers.
I've had a friend borrow my CX4 to shoot, was cleaning it afterwards and dropped it while it was disassembled. A part that was listed as a replacement part fpr $17 was shipped to him overnight, no charges for shipping or for parts. He admitted on the phone he dropped it and it broke. To berretta customers being happy with their newest toy on the product line is more important than charging $17 for a replacement part on a $600 carbine. RRA is smart enough to do the same thing.
