GLOCK 35 anyone?
I have recently thought about getting one. Does anyone have any input either way?

Re: GLOCK 35 anyone?
The are great guns especially if you reload given the cost of .40 s&w factory ammo. You have the flexibility of a 40-9 conversion barrel too. 9mm factory ammo is cheaper around here but is sometimes more scarce than .40 s&w.
There are subtle differences in the grip of the Gen 4 compared to the Gen 3, so handle or shoot both if you can before making a decision. Most people change out the sights if they are going to be used in IDPA or USPSA competition. Plenty of options there also.

Re: GLOCK 35 anyone?
Thanks, Jim. I have several other Glocks that I use for defense. I plan on making the G35 more of a "range" gun. My other Glocks are left bone stock. Sights will certainly be upgraded at some point. I plan on installing some after market trigger components as well. Thank you for the input.

Re: GLOCK 35 anyone?
I have a Gen3 one. Its my first Glock so I can't really compare it to any other models, but its a damn nice gun. The trigger pull is right around 4.3lbs. I like the adjustable sights. I can hold good groups at 25 yards. I haven't had any problems with it no matter what ammo I've used. I'm pleased with it.

I like mine. Trugrip tape, Dawson sights and the Lone Wolf trigger kit are pretty much all you need.

I like my G35....longer sight plain than a 5" 1911 BTW. I also have a .357Sig barrel for it also. I have a G22/23/27 also. All good guns.
