if you can buy stripped lowers in NY, just stick them and all the rest of the bits to build an AR in storage.Member: NJ "undocumented" Felons Club. NRA Life Member

I don't think the OP is still waiting for an answer. It's almost 6 years ago.

Re: Storage unit for firearms near East Stroudsburg.
One little foot note. Must comply with both state laws. If op can't own it in new York he cant buy it in pa.
A cop should know the laws better. A cop shouldn't be looking for ways to circumvent the law. I bet he would bust any one of us for a bullet in the back seat.

Re: Storage unit for firearms near East Stroudsburg.
OK, new member posts an ad for a gun storage service.
I don't know anything about this company, but it would not be legal for any non-FFL to take custody of handguns or long guns from residents of other states; the only way that looks legal is if EVERY customer gets a private locker and supplies his own padlock, for which the company doesn't have a key. Banks do this with safe deposit boxes because they have to drill the box if the customer loses his key. (BTW, it's legal to store your NY guns n a PA bank, even an AR or M-16 lower if it fits. Banks may not permit it, but it's legal.)
If you run a free ad here, expect to face some scrutiny.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
