Might want to add some milsurps to the list. Makarovs are getting harder to find and more expensive.

Another classic is the HK P7 in any variation

If it were me, I'd buy this. High capacity. Lightweight, ergonomic magic is standard equipment.

Ditto. My EDC for the past year has been my P30LS Variant 1 in .40 S&W.

    I say Italian made 92A1...

Merger of classic and modern, and its one bad ass looking beretta. Comes with 3 - 17rd mags.

New 92FS has that new angled up front dust cover, which I think is retarded looking. So I would definatly go with M9(they are still the traditional straight dust cover), if your looking for one without the rail.

If i were you, I'd keep my eyes open for older 92FS INOX - Not the new one with black controls, but older all INOX one with INOX mags.

They do pop up now and then on our classfied section.

Having owned or tested nearly every hi cap 9mm pistol out there, I agree 100%. A 92A1 would also be a good choice, but I traded my modded 92A1 for a P226 and didn't look back.

Why does everyone keep assuming that a ban is coming?
