    Default Gun feeding frenzy

So fellow Bucks-Countians anybody been to any local shops lately? I drive by tanner's on York Road regularly and there isn't even space to pull into the parking lot! I've seen Quinby's parking lot jammed up, too. Has anybody been inside and seen the gun buying madness?

Can't get near any of them. I would swear they are showing porn movies.

Was at Donley's in Quakertown a cpl days ago. It was a bit busier than normal. I was only doing a xfer, so I was in and out relatively quickly. I was at Tanner's about 2 weeks ago, it was nuts. Quinby's is so small inside, if there is 6 or so cars outside, you know you won't have room to fart inside. I think I'm done shopping at LGS's for awhile, so good luck to those who rn't.

Ace out here in the west has been a circus. i am really impressed with their work staff and ethics. their prices are exactly the same and they are even running some Christmas deals that are pretty good.

I prefer to call myself Doylestonian. I've been visiting at least two shops every day for the past week and yes - full blown madness has set in. I was in Tanner's this morning and I must say it looked to be a little more orderly than usual - almost like people are starting to calm down. And yes, the grass area in front of Tanner's flanking the asphalt entrance - looks like a truck pull mud bog.

I've been going to tanners even before I was 18, spent both my 18 th and 21st birthday shopping there not to mention the endless hours chatting it up with their crew. A lot of the old crew has left in recent years though and being stationed in communist ny for the last two years I've sadly missed a few of them leave for better opportunities. It's a very friendly atmosphere and they have a great selection but because of the gun scare their stuff is thinning out since people are going ape. I'm sure once this whole political ordeal clears up they will be back to normal inventory and with that said I've bought, sold and traded over 15 firearms in the last 4 plus years with them from 4 different Ak's and a hand full of other mil slurps from sig 556's to currio's.i never have and never will shop any where else in the common wealth as long as tanner jr. And tanner sr. Are running the show off the highway. Further never shop at target world or Clayton's they are rude and indecent price gauging morons. Especially Clayton's.... But now it's time to get off my pedestal

I picked up a few long guns at Tanners this week. I love this place.

Believe it or not the gun buying frenzy helps the debate. It ups the number of legally owned firearms and I have seen many first time gun buyers recently. Prices suck but if any Bill passes that could be the new norm.

I bought an M&P compact .40 about a week ago at Tanners and the staff was awesome. The price (under 500) was fair and their ammo the same. The best, even though they were busy I was never rushed and got Bill's full attention.
