I'm no expert, but I really don't think so. I think you need to travel a bit further west of Bucks to find decent coyote hunting. Good luck!

From growing up in the doylestown are I can honestly tell you I have never seen or heard of coyotes even as far as Quakertown, but there is good deer and duck in that part of the county. One of my buddies here is from the Pittsburg side and says they find them selves out there in ungodly hours of the morning flashing head lights in fields to find a bunch of them scavenging for food, I guess that's how they get the buggers.

Anywhere you have access to hunt is good for coyote
I live right by grandview hosp and have had a regular sighting of a coy in my back yard since summer 2012. I grew up in northern Montco and have hunted all over the bucks, Montco, Berks, Lehigh area and there are plenty of coys to shoot
I actually have a recent photo of a road kill down at valley forge rd and 73.
There has been a confirmed kill whether road kill or shot in every count in Pennsylvania. I hunt all over the area I have mentioned and do not have any problem finding signs of the critters. I won't be giving my secret spots away but there is plenty of accessible land to public and I have seen sign on most in bucks. Sgls and nocamixon hold em

As for center fire that is a big no no in these areas, rimfire is completely legal though. Dust off a 22 or 17hmr if you want single projectile
I am giddy over the new 17wsm that will be out soon
Or load up your fav 12ga size four buck
If you are going to be calling most shots in the bucks region will be well under 100 yards
Most of the time I see 35-45 yards
Will tell you they have been mangy lately and ticked up

Watch carrying buckshot sizes during any late deer season especially at night
Read the pgc regs on their site
