Default Dan Wesson 44 Mag SS 3 Barrels

I bought this set a few years (about 10) ago and I'm looking to get rid of it. Is there anyone that knows anybody on this forum that would be a good source of info on the value of this set? I know that DW guns are sort of a niche and would like some solid advice.
    Thanks

Got a picture of what you're trying to sell?
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

I'm a huge DW fan. I have a bunch of them. What barrels lengths do you have ? Are they compensated or ported ? Do you have the origanal case, paperwork, tools Nd accesories. That helps determine price. Also where was it made guns from Monson, Mass bring a higher price then Palmer or the other cities. All of these things determine price along with condition. Need more info to nail down a good price.

There is some great info over on the DW forums also. I'm a member there too.

Just seen your pic. Nice gun. Looks like 800-1k to me. I wouldn't sell that for any less than 800 as a kit. If you seperate it you'll get more money cause people pay a good buck for barrels to complete their kit. I can't tell on my phone if that's a Monson gun or not. If on GunBroker could net you more than 1k but timing would have to be right.

    Gun was made in palmer.
Barrel lengths are 4 1/2" no porting on barrel but yes on shroud
Second one is 6" no porting barrel or shroud
Third is 8" barrel no porting in barrel but yes on shroud.
No paperwork or box. Just presentation box and tool no gauge.

Ok so it's a Palmer gun. Ok.... I'm going to say 750 max. With what's missing I'd buy it for 650. The reason the Palmer guns bring less money is that the quality really dropped off. The machines were old and out of spec. Palmer Mass was like the 3rd reincarnation of the company. Not the greatest of the guns. Kinda like the Marlins made when Rem acquired them in 2010. Still nice gun though. Just not as highly sought after.

Sweet looking set. Too bad I'm broke. You should not have too much trouble selling them. Time of the year don't help, though.

I almost bought a few DW's way back when, but was too hardcore S&W. Hope you get a good price for them.

No problem at all. Again check with the guys over on the DW forums and check gunbroker when it comes back up online. See what's out there and what it's being bidded to. Not what someone is asking.

Remember its just my opinion but that's what I'd pay and what I believe it's worth after buying them for 5 years or so.
