How I supported the 2A today
I spent today fighting for gun rights. I am retired so I do have the time. I started by calling Senator Toomey and Casey and express my support for the Second Amendment. I then called Representative Murphy to make I position known. After making my calls I then stopped by my State Representative’s (Jessie White) local office to let him know I would not be happy if he was to support any type of AWB in Pa.
I then got in my car and drove to Dicks in Steubenville Oh. When I got there I asked to speak with the Store Manager and informed her in front of customers that I would be returning my Dick’s Score card. I noticed that another customer put the ammo he was going to buy back on the shelf. The manager gave me a phone number to call Corporate HQ so I could let them know I will not be buying anything from them in the future. I did see another customer buying .223 ammo. When I asked him in the parking lot why he was buying it he told me that it was none of my business. Tomorrow I plan to go to Dicks in Robinson and Washington to do the same thing. Friday I will visit the Dicks in the Beaver Valley Mall. I also called Dicks’ Corporate HQ to express my displeasure with their decision.

I was busy today as well. I emailed Dick's to tell them I will not be a customer in the future, then I emailed my US congressman to urge him to uphold his oath to the constitution then I renewed my NRA membership for 2 years and also joined the GOA.

Thank you and rep sent. In the past I would leave the fight up to guys like yourself with more time and wisdom. This go around I'm making the time to write the letters and make the phone calls. Thanks again and keep it up. We need to have these people sick of hearing from us.

Re: How I supported the 2A today
Thanks for the good words. I admit I have been a little lazy after moving to PA in 1993, I was just wore out from fighting these people since 1968. I now have the time and engergy to renew my efforts. All gun owners need to envolved. Write, Phone, boycott, give money and take the fight to them.
