    No, but this was before the Christmas Break. Also, LTCFs that were currently in process probably wouldn't be affected too much because it takes some time for these things to start to work.

    Hell, even when you get held at gunpoint, threatened with murder, then sued by the police who did it, there's still no immediate gratification.

    I went for my philly LTCF and when getting my finger prints the woman said it would be up to 45 business days...I told her ill be here in 45 Days, NO response. These people will never learn!

    I don't recall finger prints being part of the standard process?

    Its not.. But im not going there to have a pissing match with the city of Philadelphia. I went there to get my License.
