........... That's a big statement, I think it's more of an opinion. Maybe not if you own all the belts mentioned and I'd bet not. The stiffener on the Beltman belt is worth it's weight in gold. Beltman offers more colors and options.

It is ridiculously stiff, so your gun doesnt pull away or twist like nylon belts. It also won't wear or stretch as fast as some leather belts. Do some research on it and see what you think. The company has a 4 week wait time, but you can order from Larue tactical and skip the wait.

I will strongly second the recommendation for the Ares Ranger belt! The first time I tried mine on with my gun I thought I had dropped the (full) magazine from the gun, it was just that much lighter, and I was coming from a Crossbreed leather belt, specially made for carrying a gun too.

This is the one that I wear everyday. It supports my Glock 20 and extra mag without any sag in the belt for the past 6 months so far.

Here's a question. I see some of these belts can be had in a "curved" configuration. I get the idea behind the narrowing of the belt around the front side but does this curving actually do anything noticeable? I'm assuming it will help someone with a beer gut.

i have a beltman belt, and a hand made belt from a member here. a few months ago i decided that leather doesn't last long enough for me and I settled on an Ares Gear ranger belt... and I wont look back. these belts are incredibly made, and I highly recommend them.

I bought the first one on Hanks list http://www.hanksclothing.com/belts.html It supports a paddle holster with a .40 on right side, a double mag pouch (paddle) left side, flashlight, and keeps my pants up.
