Welp, I have officially joined the Glock club!

Didn't think it would happen so soon, but I couldn't help myself today. Went to Shyda's in Lebanon PA today for the first time. Great store, their selection was top notch, and they were well stocked on other things such as ammo, powder, holsters, reloading equipment, etc. And the staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Long story short, I wasn't really planning on buying another handgun today, all I wanted to do was hold a few different .40 models to compare them. Well once I laid my hands on this baby, I was sold and it didn't take me very long to make up my mind. Glock 23 gen 4, came with 3 mags and a cleaning kit. Very stoked about this purchase, still can't believe I'm the owner of a Glock. Very smooth and sleek, probably the most comfortable gun I've ever held in my hand. The slide is noticeably smoother and easier to rack than the one on my Ruger SR9C. Can't wait to take it to the range tomorrow. Stopped at Cabelas on the way home just to look around and found that they had a sale on all Remington UMC ammo (50 rd. boxes only) at 3.00 off a box. So I grabbed a couple hundred rounds there as well

All in all, a great day. Proud new Glock owner, excited to break it in tomorrow!

It's a good gun for fighting, but it has a face only a mother could love...Mom.

I have apretty glock 19. and I am getting rid of it. I am not a fan of this glock club. I have seen them break and have to go back like any other gun. I am staying to all steel from now on. a quality 1911 made by sti runs better and is more accurate than any glock on the market. Check youtube for spartan V and then show me a glock that can you hit a 12 inch target at one hundred yards. To each his own and my feelings arthe things are cheaps pos that should not cost much more than a hi-point but they both work. Have fun and I call 1911 intead of 911g1902.jpg

What can this strange device be? When I touch it it gives forth a sound. It's got wires that vibrate and give music. What can this thing be that I've found? I doubt the boys were talking about a Glock but welcome to the club.

I felt the same way.

I couldn't face all my full metal framed guns when I came home with G22 Gen4.
Now, I suddenly found myself considering getting either G17 or G19 Gen4 for my wife, and call our selfs a "team Glock" lol

If you havent done it yet, do .25cent trigger job, a good night sight(I went with TFO, and never looked back), and a good holster.

I love my G17. Got some bonus money coming soon and am considering another 17 or possibly a 19 if I could convince my wife to try shooting with me once. I'd gladly buy her one.

Hell, I'd even pay Brian to cerakote it pink if she wanted.
