So some of you guys may recall how I used to hate Glock.

I'm always been a 1911 guy. And Glock is everything that 1911 aren't.

Unlike 1911,they are fugly, and grip angle is weird, and fat grip never fits my hand. I also don't feel like there is no place for plastic in firearm. Only plastic that should be anywhere near a firearm is credit card...

Anyway, back about 3 months ago, due to moment of insanity, I ended up buying G22 Gen4.

And i liked it. I never cared about it, until Gen4 came out with its new interchangble back strap.
Gun shoots good, its accurate, and dependable.
I even starting to like the no nonsense approch of function above all else.

Today, I was buying a holster for it(so that i can carry it!), and found myself browsing around gun counter, looking at G17 and G19, both Gen4, thinking "I should buy one for a wife, so that we match..."

What the hell is happening to me!?

Actually I find this happens to me also.

My taste evolves. Things I would once have never considered suddenly catch my eye.



I used to adamantly think Springfield Amory XDm's were ugly as sh1t.

Now, I just bought one yesterday. ( actually for my son for Christmas LOL )

I feel the same way about XD's. Ugly as shit, too busy with all the buttons/designs/etc..and top-heavy to boot. I'll NEVER buy one of those f'n things.
I didn't like Glocks till I shot them. Now my 3rd Gen G17 is my edc. Bought a cpl 33rnd'rs to go with it for fun at the range too.

Glocks are nice and I carry one, But my heart belongs to JMB. Browning Hi-Powers give me a chubby.
