GUN PERMIT SIGNED BUT NOT PROVIDED
Went to Dauphin County to pick up my GUN PERMIT on 12/07/2012. Permit signed by the Sheriff on 12/05/2012. Sheriff refused to provide permit. Has this happened to anybody and if so what can be done? Thanks in advance!

Re: GUN PERMIT SIGNED BUT NOT PROVIDED
Maybe it is me but it doesn't make sense. You said the Sheriff signed your application and then refused to issue a permit? What did he say when you asked him why he wouldn't issue one? Have you left something out of your explanation? I am so confused...

It's been awhile since I got mine, but maybe he signed the bottom for the process to start? Once you've completed the background checks, etc then youll be able to pick it up.
