    No, not at all. Up to 45 days is normal in many counties. Granted, many are much faster. At least one county does not understand the concept of "days".

    Montgomery gives you a way to speed up the process. NO one is forcing you do to anything.


    Oh, and the Montgomery County Sherif is not a he. She is quite 2A supportive.
