Lending a gun in PA for concealed carry.
You folks are well informed and I was hoping someone would know the answer to this question.
I believe I can lend my concealed carry piece to my daughter or son. My daughter is 25, lives at home, has a permit and occasionally borrows one of my guns for carry. I think this is perfectly legal.
Now here is the problem. My daughter wanted to lend the gun to her fiance - he also has a carry permit and had a SW model 10 with him but wanted to carry the smaller Kel-Tec .380 for convenience. They called to ask my permission - good kids - and I told them that I did not think it was legal and so she kept the gun in her possession.
Was I right? In fact, am I right about lending the guns to my daughter? (I say guns because sometimes she uses my SW Model 19 .357 in her glove compartment believe it or not )
