Default Powder / Primer Group Buy?

Looking to buy some powder and primers... any interest in combining orders to reduce HAZMAT shipping costs?

I have a variety of items to purchase, so will buy from supplier with overall best prices. My shopping list includes:

    TiteGroup powder
    H335 or WC844 powder
    Small Rifle primers
    Large Pistol primers
    Small Pistol primers

I'm located in the Montgomery County, PA area. PM if your interested.

If they have the materials in stock - Powder Valley. Otherwise, see who has what available...

Let me know by PM what you want. We can talk about the final order details.

    Anyone else want in?

Small rifle and small pistol primers might interest me. I wonder how far you might be from Lancaster as to whether I'd save money on it after gas.

I'm located in Lansdale, PA. zip 19440

I think inventory is going to be a bigger hurdle. Powder Valley seems to be the only online supplier with a variety of goods in stock.

    So far, I've checked:
    Hi-Tech
    Widener's

I'm relatively new to online/catalog reloading purchases, so let me know if there are others I should check.

Cheaper than Dirt, Grafs, and Natchez are three other prominent suppliers.

Another member and I completed a buy from Powder Valley a few weeks back. Unfortunately, they didn't have small pistol primers in stock and I bought magnums in place. They are now in stock and I was just thinking about another purchase when I saw this thread. At $26 per 1k, it's hard to beat Powder Valley. The thing to do is split the hazmat into equal parts per member, and then split the shipping by weight, as it wouldn't be fair for a person only buying primers to pay equal amount of shipping as someone buying 20lbs of powder. So, I'm in.

Have you guys looked at the prices at TnT Reloading? They are located in Stockerton, PA. I usually catch them at the gun shows but once in a while I will make the drive because their prices make it worthwhile.

    From their website:

    About T & T Reloading
T & T Reloading has been in business since 1986, located in Stockertown, Pennsylvania. We are a wholesale and retail distributor for reloading equipment and supplies. We are located 1 mile off the Route 191 Stockertown exit from Route 33, across from the Forks Township Cemetary.

Walk-in hours are by appointment during the day. Evening hours are:

    Mon 7pm-9:30pm
    Tues & Wed 6:30pm-9pm
Open some Saturdays, call (610) 759-8008 for hours

I am not affiliated with TnT in any way but like the idea of supporting small businesses here in the state. This is a husband and wife business with low overhead allowing them to keep costs down. With the exception of ocassional sale prices at the big retailers I am unable to match or beat TnT's prices.
