Ruger SR9C: Question about extra mags

I have the SR9C and I would like to get a couple extra of the 17 round mags for it. Will a standard SR9 mag fit with the extended grip adapter? Thanks.

Yes it will. You can use it with or without the grip adaptor.

I almost always shoot mine without the adapter, because with it on you have to really bang that mag in to get it to lock.

nice this way for a little less pinky pinchin' too, during quicker reloads. dont really like blood blisters all that much

I thought so as well so I jumped on it. I personally like having the grip on the end just so it feels comfortable in my hand.
