    Default gun law, need lawyer recomendation

    Real simple,

    Good friend of mine has some firearms that have been in police possesion for some time, needs legal help to get them.

    So, any good lawyers that practice this type of law in Alleghany county?

    He could call Michael McCormick, the same attorney that is representing Gary Young in his LTCF revocation. I think it would be at least worth an inquiry.

    sorry, but my friend just asked me to help him find a lawyer. This is not a thread for a story or debate or anything like that.
