    Default handgun safety classes

I probably did this in the wrong order, but I just purchased a used Glock 19. My neighbor, who is a police detective, helped me with the purchase and will help me with proper use of the gun, but I would also like to take classes so I know what the heck I am doing. There was an excellent instructor in our area (Randy Smith) but he just recently passed away. I live in central PA. Does anyone know of any instructors in my area. I am a novice. Thanks for any information.

Don't know if you do the 'Youtube' thing or not, but here is a sample of the tons of gun safety info on there. Things like different stances, clearing a pistol, field stripping, gun cleaning, and just general knock around information is there. May keep you satiated until you find someone. Always be sure your pistol is not loaded when you work with/on it.

Edit: here is the link I forgot to post the first time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NfGmHVDrjw
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
